3rd polymake Workshop at TU Darmstadt
The 3rd polymake workshop will take place on March 22 and March 23, 2012 at TU Darmstadt. The developer meeting is scheduled for March 21.
Registration
There is no registration fee for the workshop. We will provide lunch on Thursday and Friday. On Thursday evening we plan to go to dinner together (here you have to pay yourself). Please indicate during registration whether you will join us.
Please register with your name, affiliation and the days you will attend until February 29 by completing the registration form.

We welcome proposals for topics that you want to learn about during the workshop. You can tell us either during registration or anytime later via email.
Here are some suggestions:
- using the callable library [CAL]
- how to write extensions [EXT]
- using perl in the polymake shell [BEG]
- programming background: perl or c++ [PRL, PTL]
- mathematical background (semantics) [SEM]
- visualization [VIS]
Polymake Workshop Version
The official polymake
version for the workshop is Release 2.12. It is available on the Downloads page. If you need any help with the installation, you are welcome to join the installation support session on Thursday, right before the workshop.

Further Information
The institute has WLAN access via eduroam. This is the easiest way to get internet access here, so please check whether your institution offers eduroam accounts. We will try to arrange internet access for those that do not have an eduroam account. Please let us know if you don't have access to eduroam.
